Born and educated in the UK, my initial career in Human Resources fostered a strong interest in the behavioural aspects of employment to the point where I completed my PhD in Organisational Behaviour and qualified as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. I proceeded to develop my career in Business Psychology and HR Consultancy, serving clients in the UK, US, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.

Having relocated to Dubai in 2011, I worked with the biggest team of Business Psychologists in the Middle East before being invited to join a rapidly expanding Group, majoring within the Oil & Gas sector, in the role of Group HR Director.  Returning to consultancy, I was appointed Managing Director Middle East, responsible for setting up and developing the regional entity of a long-established, international Business Psychology Consultancy.  In mid-2018, reflecting back upon an early career foundation of operating my own successful consultancy for 15 years, I was prompted to become Founder and Managing Director of Talent Management Global (www.tmg-me.com) which also oversees the work of The Career Collaborator (www.thecareercollaborator.com).  In addition, I am regularly called upon to contribute my expertise to the work of many leading International consultancies as well as that of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
